What’s the difference between deck staining and deck restoration?

Staining is primarily focused on providing a protective layer for the deck materials and an aesthetic refinish. It’s recommended for decks that are still in good condition and have no major structural flaws. Deck restoration is a more intensive process and may include repairing damaged sections, deep cleaning, and applying specialized coatings to help revive the wood.

Why do you recommend concrete patio sealing?

Concrete is a porous material, which means it’s vulnerable to water, oil, and other stains that may penetrate the surface. Concrete sealing is a protective layer that helps prevent penetration, cracks from freeze-thaw cycles, and other damage, keeping your patio looking better for longer.

How often do you suggest I have my deck stained?

The general recommendation is to re-stain every 2–3 years. However, the exact frequency will depend on factors like exposure, use, and deck material. We can assess the deck and make a recommendation based on our findings.

Do you offer exterior cleaning services prior to painting or staining?

Yes – we can provide a professional exterior cleaning service before we perform any staining or painting. This helps ensure a smooth, long-lasting finish for your surfaces.

What kinds of interior painting projects can your team handle?

We’re ready to tackle everything from a single-room refresh to whole-home painting projects. Our interior painting services include walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinetry.

Do you offer drywall repair?

Yes. We can provide drywall repairs prior to an interior painting project, as well as services to fix issues like cracks, holes, and water damage.

What types of flooring can you install?

We are experienced with a variety of flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Can you assist with small handyman tasks?

Absolutely – we’re happy to help you check items off of your to-do list, whether it’s something simple like fixing a piece of trim or a more complex project like hanging a new door or replacing a wobbly toilet.

Will you take steps to protect my home during a project?

Yes, we treat every home we work on as though it were our own. We’ll use a variety of methods, including drop cloths, taped edges, and other protective steps to prevent damage, and we also take great care to clean up when we have completed our work.

Can you provide a timeline estimate along with a cost estimate?

Of course – when we review your quote, our team is happy to discuss potential timelines so you’re never left wondering. We work hard to ensure we stick as closely as possible to our projected timelines, and we’ll be sure to communicate any delays as soon as we are aware of them.
